Sealers/cleaners and samples are usually delivered within 3 working days.
Delivery cost of our products varies depending on size and weight. Most tile orders have to be sent on a pallet or crate which is charged at cost.
Other smaller items can be sent by courier service. Sometimes the shopping cart system may work out a delivery cost which isn't accurate, if you think this is the case, call us and we will work out a more accurate cost for you.
We endeavour to dispatch goods as soon as we can usually within 48 hrs of receipt of payment. If an item is out of stock will inform you as soon as possible and give you an estimated delivery date.
If your tiles are damaged on delivery you must get the driver to sign the shipment as damaged or we will accept no responsibility for this loss. If you leave instructions for the tiles to be left at a location with no signature we accept no responsibility for breakages. We advise people to check for broken tiles on delivery.
We will delivery worldwide but please contact us for a quote on delivery charges as this varies depending on location and weight.
Most deliveries come on large lorries with tail-lift (and pump truck) therefore it is important to inform us of any restricted areas. The order will be dropped to the safest and closest location to your property.
