• Sealers & cleaners are usually delivered within 2 working days
• Tile orders take between 2-3 working days

We endeavour to dispatch goods as soon as we can usually within 48 hrs of receipt of payment. If an item is out of stock will inform you as soon as possible and give you an estimated delivery date.

Delivery cost of our products varies depending on size and weight. Most tile orders have to be sent on a pallet or crate which is charged at cost.
Other smaller items can be sent by courier service. Sometimes the shopping cart system may work out a delivery cost which isn't accurate, if you think this is the case, call us and we will work out a more accurate cost for you.

Some large orders will be delivered by lorries with a tail-lift (and pump truck), therefore it is important to inform us of any restricted areas. The order will be dropped to the safest and closest location to your property.
