- The product will shine but not for long the traffic and cleaning will tone it down. We would recommend that you apply two or three coats if the floor has high usage.

- Make sure the surface is clean and dry before hand.
Apply lithofin slate seal like it was paint, you can use a roller or a soft paint brush to apply the coat evenly across the surface. Allow an hour before walking on the surface, it can take 24 hours to dry.
In the case of highly absorbent surfaces, it may be necessary to apply a second coat.
It is recommended that you "try the product in an inconspicuous area prior to use".
