If you have ordered too many or you simply do not want the tiles we are sorry but we do not accept returns for online orders due to the high transportation costs. We do offer a free delivery sample service so you can see the tiles before you buy them. This does not affect your statutory rights and we will endeavour to resolve issues in a fair and professional manor.
