Delivery of tiles Delivery cost of our products varies depending on size and weight. Most tile orders have to be sent on a pallet or crate which is charged at cost. Currently a pallet delivery is £50. Other smaller items can be sent by courier service. Sometimes the shopping cart system may work out a delivery cost wrong, if you think this is the case just call us and ask and we will work out a more accurate cost for you We endevour to dispatch goods as soon as we can usually within 48 hrs of reciept of payment. If an item is out of stock will will inform you as soon as possible and give you an estimated delivery schedule. If your tiles are damaged on delivery you must get the driver to sign the shipment as damaged or we will accept no responsibility for this loss. If you instruct for the tiles to be left at a location with no signature we accept no responsibilty for breakages. We advise people to check for broken tiles on delivery. We will delivery worldwide but please contact us for a quote on carridge charges as this varies depending on location and weight. Most deliveries come on large lorries with tail-lift (and pump truck) therefore it is important to inform us about any restricted areas. Return of tilesIf you have ordered too many or you simply do not want the tiles we do not accept returns for online orders due to the high transportation costs. We do offer a free sample service so you can see the ties before you buy them. This does not effect your statutory rights and we will endevour to resolve issues in a firm and proffesional manor. |
