Large orders and/or large tiles will be delivered by pallet – Therefore it is important to inform us of any restricted areas as the wagons are much larger than the usual delivery van.

Pallet deliveries will be dropped to the safest and closest location to your property.

Delivery times are usually stated on the page of the product, just below the price.

We endeavor to dispatch goods as soon as we can within 24 hrs on receipt of payment. If an order is going to take longer to delivery than the stated time, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you an estimated delivery date.

You are entitled to cancel any order if the order has not been dispatched for delivery.

To find out what the delivery cost is going to be

1) Add your items to cart
2) On the cart page, enter your post code
3) Click calculate shipping

Delivery chargers of our products will depend on size and weight. Most large tile orders will be sent by pallet which is charged at cost, typically £55 per pallet.  Goods delivered by pallet will be placed as near as the property as possible, it is up to you to carry the tiles inside and unpack the pallet.

Smaller items such as mosaics are sent by normal courier service, usually APC or DPD. 

Contact us by by replying to the confirmation email as soon as possible and we’ll change it for you if it hasn’t already been dispatched!

Depending on the courier, they will either reattempt to deliver the next day or leave a card.

Failed delivery will incur a fee for rearranging a delivery.

After multiple failed deliver attempts, the order will be returned to us and refunded, excluding the delivery charge.
