Returning tiles

If you ordered too many tiles or you do not want the tiles after receiving them, we will accept returns within 14 days from the date of order provided that they are unmarked and in the original packaging. Returns are subject to a restocking charge, 30% for Original Style and 25% for everything else plus any transport cost.

We will endeavour to resolve issues in a fair and professional manor.

Cancelling an order

Most orders are processed within 1 working day making cancellation before delivery difficult. We will try our best to cancel orders if you change before the goods are delivered, you can contact us by replying to the order confirmation email.

Help! My order arrived damaged

Don’t worry, we will replace any damaged goods free of charge as soon as possible, we stress that you check the goods for damage and report this to us within 48 hours.

If a tile is damaged, please email a photo to shop@tilestop.co.uk within 48 hours so we can send out a replacements.
