If you ordered too many tiles or you do not want the tiles after receiving them, we will accept returns within 14 days from the date of order provided that they are unmarked and in the original packaging. Returns are subject to a restocking charge, 30% for Original Style and 25% for everything else plus any transport cost.
We will endeavour to resolve issues in a fair and professional manor.
Cancelling an order
Most orders are processed within 1 working day making cancellation before delivery difficult. We will try our best to cancel orders if you change your mind after placing an ordering but before the goods are delivered, you can contact us by replying to the order confirmation email or calling 01766 530 434 and we’ll check to see if it’s possible.
Help! My order arrived damaged
Don’t worry, we will replace any damaged goods free of charge as soon as possible, we stress that you do not sign for tiles until you have checked the goods for damage. If you discover any broken tiles, you can sign as damaged or reject delivery.
If a tile is damaged, please email a photo to email@example.com within 48 hours so we can send out a replacements.
